Nature of the Service

This is a private reference website with no authority over any government office. It does not store official records, confirm custody, release a person, accept a records request for an agency, or file court papers.

Pages point visitors toward Parker County jail and release resources, Texas corrections sources, and third-party research tools. The office or service that maintains a record remains responsible for it.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming other people or its operation. You must not:

• violate any applicable law;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate a person;
• base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content;
• attempt access to accounts, systems, or data without permission;
• run automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers; or
• interfere with service for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

Parker County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through the site. You agree not to use information obtained here for:

• hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions;
• tenant selection or housing decisions;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Websites Operated by Others

Links may lead to release records, Parker County Sheriff pages, TDCJ resources, federal locators, legal-aid material, government portals, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, data practices, availability, or terms, and you should review its rules before using it.
